We are pleased to announce that a new physician has joined our practice this month, and invite you to join us in welcoming Dr. Samuel Perry Robinson to Urology Specialists. Dr. Robinson received his Doctor of Medicine from the Mercer University School of Medicine, so he is no stranger to Macon.
Before he joined the Urology Specialists’ family, he spent the last 4 years at the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in the Urology Division of the Department of Surgery where he completed his Residency.
Dr. Robinson graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He is a member of the Endourology Society, the American Urological Association, the Mid Atlantic Section of the American Urological Association, and he was nominated to represent Virginia Commonwealth University on the Resident Committee at the Mid Atlantic Section of the American Urological Association.
Dr. Robinson has written a variety of abstracts and publications on the urological specialty and medicine as a whole. His latest publication which he wrote with Dr. Adam Klausner is entitled Incontinence and Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms in Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus.
While he attended Mercer University School of Medicine, Dr. Robinson volunteered at the Macon Volunteer Clinic and Give a Kid a Chance. He is very excited to be a part of the Middle Georgia community again and is looking forward to working with the team here at Urology Specialists.
